The CEACM meeting was held during the 1st CEACM Conference in Wisla in June 4, 2003. The chairmen of the local national committees of Austria, Croatia and Hungary excused not to be able to attend the meeting.
As Prof. Mang, the vice-president of the IACM, was not able to catch the meeting in time, all the items were consulted with him separately in the next day.

Following items were discussed:

1. CEACM activities of this year are following:
   1. this 1st CEACM Conference, CMM-2003, 3 – 6 June, 2003, Wisla, Poland,
   2. 10th ICCE Conference, 20 – 26 July, 2003, New Orleans, USA (CEACM is a formal cosponsor, only),
   3. 9th NMCM Conference, 9 – 12 September, 2003, Zilina, Slovakia,
   4. 4th ICCSM Congress, 18 – 20 September, 2003, Bizovac, Croatia.

   The Czech colleagues were asked to organize one of their conferences in 2004 as the 2nd CEACM Conference.

   The 3rd CEACM Conference will be held in Slovakia in 2005.

2. In the case, if ECCOMAS awards for the best Ph.D theses will continue in the next years, the ECCOMAS will be asked to inform the current CEACM president sooner and the best thesis will be selected of all candidates from CEACM countries by collecting voices of each CEACM country. The process will be organized in e-form.

3. The CEACM president will consult the rules for IACM member fees, which will be paid in the next years.

4. The new member of the General Council of the IACM will be elected by CEACM members in e-form. Prof. Mang, the IACM vice-president suggested that it would be the current president of CEACM.
